Does PressureParts.com accept checks or a Purchase Order?
PressureParts.com welcomes payment by Discover, Novus, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Debit Cards issued through these same companies, and drawn
on USA banks. Checks, money orders, & P.O.'s have resulted in high rates of
fraud, and therefore are ONLY accepted from approved US Federal, STATE, & LOCAL
Government agencies. Government Purchase Orders may be faxed to 1-402-592-4100.

Do I need to order online?
Yes, unless you
need technical assistance when choosing parts or accessories. If you’re
interested in purchasing by telephone, call PressureParts.com directly at
1-800-999-2245, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, to place your
order, You may also leave us a voice mail after hours!
Please note: If
you need assistance finding a product, we would be pleased to assist you in
finding it so that you may order online. Orders placed on-line are processed
prior to phone orders and may speed delivery time.
How do I know
you received my order?
After you submit
your order, PressureParts.com will send you an e-mail confirming your order was
received. You will be sent another e-mail when your order has shipped! This
e-mail will contain a shipment tracking number for your reference & tracking.
PressureParts.com Return Policy
Your
satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a limited 30 day return policy. Any
unused, re-sellable merchandise in original condition and in their original
boxes or packages may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the
order date. We will refund the product price only. Inbound and outbound shipping
costs will not be refunded. Please contact customer service for an RMA prior to
returning any items.
We will bill
your credit card for the replacement item(s) upon shipment, & process your
product refund to your credit card only upon return receipt of the items meeting
the above requirements.
Can I assume
that the picture on the website will be identical to the product I receive?
